We are looking to rent a secure building to set up a field hospital to treat those who are sick. A recent illness seems to have broken out that leaves people sick and very thirsty. Several prominent healers, alchemist and potion makers are combining forces to attempt to find a cure for this illness. We will be needing the building for no more than three months. We are seeking a place just outside of the city to cut down on noise to allow the sick to rest easier.
A sturdy building that can be secured will receive a premium price. Please contact Eros or Sergei to arrange a tour of the facility. A protective circle will be placed within the structure but it will be removed before we end our lease.
Thank you for any considerations

Hearing about this horrible affliction affecting the good people of this land, moves my heart. I hear your call for charity Eros and I will heed it, I have a warehouse down on the docks that I have recently cleared out which you may use for your field hospital. The peoples well being is always at the forefront of my mind so I consider this my contribution to the citizens and to the advancement of a cure for this awful illness.
You may use the building as long as you like free of charge, I will not be needing it again.
Farewell and let us hope to end the suffering of these poor people swiftly.
Yours Truly Captain Harlan

Captian Harlan,
I need to speak with you concerning a business matter. I have left a letter for you at what I was told was your previous place of business. A dock near the lake. I hope you know the place I speak of.
I am grateful for your offer and I will put the warehouse to good use. If there is anything I can do in return please do not hesitate to ask.

Eros,
Thank you but I have all the business I need right now. I am however a bit concerned about this letter.
I hope you didn't write about your association with a known necromancer who regularly consorts with undead in a letter and the place that letter in a public place where a concerned citizen may happen upon it and turn it into the authorities. Then post on a public message tree claiming ownership of said letter removing any doubt of the authenticity of the crimes confessed to in the document.
That would be an unwise way to pursue any future in these lands aside from being a less than honored guest in the barons dungeons.
Good luck to you sir.
Captain Harlan

My Good Captain.
Laws are to govern the masses who if left to their own devices would create nothing but havoc and destruction. They are not for the educated such as ourselves. However I do respect your choices to keep your business practices secret.
I do hope your offer of use of your building still stands? As you so mentioned we must stop the suffering of others and find a cure for this affliction.

Hmmmm, Im not sure what to make of your last post. Are you saying Laws don't apply to you?
I may conduct my business on the other side of the law at times but even I am not foolish enough to say they don't apply to me. I know if I were to be foolish enough to march into a populated town I would be arrested and likely executed, but I would never say the laws don't matter simply because I'm a pirate. After all you can't have fun breaking them if they don't matter. I get the impression you are new to this whole outlaw thing. The first tip I will give you is, don't taunt the law publicly and then march into a town governed by said law openly. I hope you have fun at the upcoming market weekend, I am positive some folks are going to want to talk to you, and they will probably have royal colors and be carrying sharp things.
Ta Ta for now Captain Harlan
P.S. of course you can still use the building, the people are always my biggest concern.

Captain Harlan,
I might have mispoke. Of course laws apply to everyone, I was simply stating that educated men of sound mind and a with a well placed moral compass do not need laws to know right from wrong. I obey the laws but not for fear of punishment but simply because they are the proper way to conduct your lives and sound business practices. From time to time I have been known to break the occasional law but never damage someones property or cause them harm.
No I think I merely did not state my case properly in my last post and for that I am truly sorry.
As for use of the building curing the populace of this plague is my only concern. I have some means and using it for the betterment of all seems like a worthwhile cause.
Again I am sorry for any misunderstanding and my lack of proper communication.
