This is a buyer beware in regards to Kevin Dejaynes leather working business! I commissioned two leather chest pieces to be made in early June. I specifically set no time frame but was told that they would be done by July 10th. Over the course of that month and a half I was given constant updates on all of the progress that was made. Two days before my event I was told that the armor was just about complete minus a few details. Then the day before I received a message saying they wouldn't be completed because Kevin fell ill the night prior. Come to find out, once I arrived at the event....the armor was never even started. Kevin bold face lied to me and my fiance for a month and a half about the progress of the armor and the state it was in. I have expressed my complete disapproval and disgust with him privately but I do not want this to happen to anyone else ever. The disappointment was the worse I have ever felt, not to mention the anger of being so obnoxiously lied to for so long. His integrity as a businessman is at an absolute 0% and I beg everyone to NEVER ask him to make anything for you because it won't be taken seriously in the least and he is bound to lie to you for possibly months. I would say sorry for the review Kevin, but you screwed us over pretty hard and as a man who lives by trust and integrity, I have no sympathy or apologies.
