- A local farmer is paying for help in retrieving his lost daughter. Apparently the teenager was last seen going into the woods next to the farm. Moments later, the farmer heard a screen and the woods rapidly blackened. Whenever he's tried to search with her, all he comes up with is darkness...
- A group of Death's Head goblins have holed up in an abandoned mill near the Creek of Filmore's Folly. The waters of the creek are said to have intoxicating properties. There is a small village called Hampen near the creek where many deaths have recently been reported. The Baron is paying well for the issue to be investigated and resolved.
- Scarecrows have been seen coming to life in the fields bordering the Plaguelands. This is causing the fields to be untended which could result in The Bloodvine spreading to the inhabited areas. The Baron is paying well for the issue to be investigated and resolved.
- The long abandoned Spektor Manor has been seen with lights in it's windows at all hours of the night. Rumor has it that ghosts have been seen peering out of it's depths and then disappearing. One thing is for certain ; the statue in front of the manor of Marcus, a young member of the family that perished in a wagon accident, has been crying tears of blood. The last member of the family line, Lockley Jake, lives in a hovel in Old Towne and is paying what little he has for someone to look into what's disturbing his once prominent family's manor.
- A bounty has been posted for the permanently dead corpse of "Flynt Rakestraw, Ranger & Leader of Parties In Most Ill Repute". According to the posting, Flynt leads a bandit group in the glades to the south of the Xanathan Wood. Supposedly their base of operations is within this area, but no one can find it. The poster will also pay a smaller amount for information leading to his capture or as to where to find the bandit base is in the glades. The posting is signed by the Baron's Master of Coin, Punctilius Rathiel.
- A well on the outskirts of Grey Hollow has ran dry. Whenever anyone has tried to determine why they're met with blood curdling screams erupting from within the well, causing their ears to bleed lest they flee it's vicinity. The Town Counsel of Grey Hollow has requested that someone resolve the issue as it is forcing several farms to go elsewhere for their water supply.
- There is also a placard hanging up in the tavern that states, "Don't forget those dungeon coins burning a hole in your rendered pouches adventurers! No but seriously it takes awhile for the DFM to set in AND we miss seeing you! Come on down to the dungeon with your friends and test your mettle. For more information, seek out Bert Smurgleton, Dungeoneer at large."
