Of course, and I would not stand between you and anything you felt honorbound to address, barring something I felt equally as bound to. But I have my own horns in this, and before everyone starts threatening him, I thought I'd offer him the opportunity to speak with me and have the story told.

I am attempting to disarm the explosive trap that has been set here. I would like to hear your story, before taking the words of another, however, yes most people will indeed listen to their friends and allies opinions of others.
Talking to me about the actions described here will correct any errors in the report as given and maybe dodge accidents that happen when people are accused of voice controlling others.
I am hopeful that our conversation would be fruitful. We'll speak at the faire, or not if you refuse.
I was there during the brood incident. Some adventurers were sent to the circle, that is true. Others were killed and given the spell of life cast on them. All of it was voluntary. I was a part of the second group. Even those who went to the circle did so voluntarily. I did not hear what they said about what was going to happen as I was slowly lumbering into town, suffering from tainted blood from the incident. When I got to the group they gave me an offer and while I did not look forward to it, I accepted.
As far as the dwarven children incident is concerned- I have only heard stories. They collaborate with Rom's side of things but I also do not know the whole story. Our sheriff did nothing, so this either speaks about the innocence of Nulem or the competence of our Sheriff. This is not for me to decide.
On the whole, Nulem is not my favorite person. He frequently makes terrible decisions. I do not hate him though. I also do not hate his companion Thokk who often makes similarly bad decisions. Im not on either side of the fence as far as the accusations go as the proof I do have is not reliable and I need to look at it as such.
While Nulem and I did have a bump in the road at the last gathering, he apologized and unless it is repeated, I will leave his comment and actions towards me buried and forgiven.
Of course it's going to be voluntary when you tell a bunch of newer adventurers that your spirit doesn't weaken when you resurrect. They'll think nothing of it. And according to your brother Verse, Jacen did nothing because he was forget it welled.
But no, I was not there for the dwarven children.
I've said all I will say here, I will take what Mais said under advisement and take this up in person.

Bada, I have already asked to speak to Nulem, if you'd like to be present, you're certainly welcome. However, I would like to give him a chance to defend himself. And maybe to stop blaming others for not telling him things when he doesn't seem to be asking questions.
But if you read this, you understand my high interest in this.
